Return Policy

You have 30 days to change your mind. If you decide an item isn't for you, you can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it for a full store credit, subject to the conditions below.

How to Return an Item

  1. Ensure the item is in the same condition you received it - unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  2. Contact us via our contact form or email at info@harpahapparel.com to start the return process. Please provide your name, contact number, order number, and reason for the return.
  3. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging.
  4. Send your return using a traceable method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
  • Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Hygiene standards must be maintained, especially for clothing tried on over underwear.

Non-Compliant Returns

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return, and we will notify you if your return is not approved.

Refund Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we provide store credits for items returned within the 30-day window that comply with our return conditions. This credit is equivalent to the value of the returned items and can be used for any future purchases on our website.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged items, please provide as much information as possible, including photos.

Exchanges

We do not directly exchange items. Instead, return your original item for a store credit and use this to place a new order for the desired item.
