  3. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging.
  4. Send your return using a traceable method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
  • Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Hygiene standards must be maintained, especially for clothing tried on over underwear.

Non-Compliant Returns
